FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email sophie@gungholondon.com so we can arrange a replacement. Please do this as soon as you receive them and we will do our best to sort this out for you!

Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to exchange it for another item, please notify us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange within 14 days of receipt to sophie@gungholondon.com
